Burgoynes (Lyonshall) Ltd is a member of the Road Haulage Association under whose conditions of carriage all goods are transported.
With a range of vehicles from 3.5 to 44 ton gross weight we can provide solutions to the majority of your transport needs.
From our base in Herefordshire our fleet of modern vehicles specialises in the delivery of materials to the building and agricultural industries. A network of customers provide return loads from all areas of the country. These include thousands of tons of fertiliser, both hazardous and non hazardous, for the agricultural industry.
Burgoynes (Lyonshall) Ltd is registered with Shropshire County Council in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Pollution Act 1989, The controlled Waste (register of carriers and seizure of vehicle) Regulations 1991, and The Waste Management Licensing Regulation 1984.
Over 50% of our drivers are also trained under the ADR (Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road) regulations. A consultant Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor is employed to monitor key performance indicators in the movement of these goods.
We have over 20,000 sq feet of warehousing available to store customers product under the regulations of the United Kingdom Warehousing Association.
